Market Sensus — Investment & Data Disclaimer

Service: Market Sensus (themarketsensus.com). Last updated: 2 July 2026. This disclaimer forms part of, and should be read with, the Terms and Conditions.

1. Reference data only — not financial advice

Market Sensus provides reference data and tools (fund prices, charts, watchlists, and historical-performance figures) for licensed financial advisers and industry professionals. The information is for general reference only and does not have regard to the specific investment objectives, financial situation, or particular needs of any person. Nothing in the Service is, or should be taken as: - financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice; - a recommendation or solicitation to buy, hold, switch, or sell any fund, policy, or product; - an opinion on the suitability of any product for any person; - an offer or inducement to enter into any transaction.

The information should not be used as the basis of any investment decision.

2. Not investment research

The Service and its data are not investment research and have not been prepared in accordance with legal or regulatory requirements designed to promote the independence of investment research. They are a tool for organising publicly available reference information.

3. You are responsible for your own decisions and obligations

You are solely responsible for any decision you make using the Service and for the advice you give your own clients. The Service does not replace your own research, the product providers' official documentation, or your regulatory duties — including fact-finding, suitability and needs analysis, and disclosure obligations under the Financial Advisers Act and MAS requirements. Always conduct your own assessment and verify every figure against the official source before relying on it or using it with a client.

4. No representations or warranties

No representations or warranties are given as to the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any information in the Service. Prices and figures are compiled from insurer and other third-party sources and may be delayed, restated, incomplete, or contain errors. Opinions, figures, and other information are current only as at the date shown and are subject to change without notice.

5. How prices and figures are produced

6. Investment risk and past performance

Investment is subject to investment risk, including the possible loss of the principal amount invested. The value of investment-linked funds can go down as well as up, and an investor may get back less than was invested. Past performance — and any economic or market trend or forecast — is not necessarily indicative of future performance of any fund, strategy, or portfolio.

7. No affiliation with insurers or fund managers

Market Sensus is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by, or otherwise connected to any insurer, fund manager, or data provider. All product, fund, and company names that may appear in the Service are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only. The source providers' data is subject to their own intellectual property rights, disclaimers, terms of use, and privacy notices, which prevail over anything stated here in respect of that data.

8. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator, its officers, and employees accept no liability for any loss or damage — including loss of profit, and whether direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from the use of, or reliance on, any information in the Service, whether arising from negligence or otherwise. The Service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Your use of the Service and any reliance on its data is at your own risk.

9. Your jurisdiction

The Service and its information may only be accessed and used in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are.
